What to write

Each of these fits on the back of the card. Borrow one, or paste it into the writing assistant and make it yours.

  • Happy Thanksgiving. Of all the things I'm grateful for this year, you're near the top. Thanks for the calls, the advice, and the way you always pick up.
  • We won't be at the same table this year, but you're at ours in spirit. Grateful for you every day, not just this one. Save us some pie.

  • To the neighbors who shoveled our walk twice last winter before we were even awake: Happy Thanksgiving. We're lucky to live next to you.
  • Thankful for a year of working next to you. You made the hard weeks easier. Enjoy the long weekend, you earned it.

Why a real card

  • Most families get a group text on Thanksgiving morning. A card that arrives the week before, with a real photo on it, stands out because almost nobody does it anymore.
  • It's also the right occasion for the people who never get a card: the neighbor, the coach, the coworker who covered for you. Thanksgiving gives you a reason to say it without it feeling out of the blue.
  • You can send a dozen in ten minutes from the couch. Same photo, different note for each person, or a different photo every time.

Takes about two minutes

Questions

When should I order for Thanksgiving delivery?

Delivery takes 3โ€“8 business days. Ordering by November 18 leaves a comfortable margin; a week before the holiday is the latest we'd suggest.

Can I send the same card to several people?

Yes. Each card is its own order, so you can keep the photo and change the note for each person, or change both. Saved addresses make the second and third cards fast.

Can you write the message for me?

The writing assistant will draft a Thanksgiving note from a few words about who it's for. Edit it until it sounds like you, then send.

Is a postcard okay for a holiday card?

A postcard with a real photo and a personal note is more personal than most folded holiday cards, which usually arrive with a printed message and a signature. People notice the note.
