ithank.us is an AI-powered greeting card service that allows you to create personalized postcards that are printed and mailed to recipients.

• AI-powered message generation using OpenAI's GPT models
• AI-generated card imagery using DALL-E 3
• Physical 4×6 postcard printing and USPS mailing via our printing partner (Lob)
• This service may be used for personal or business purposes; however, AI-generated content may not be resold or redistributed

When using ithank.us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate recipient and sender address information
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing purposes
• Not generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to circumvent or bypass AI content filters
• Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Review all generated content before confirming your order

We use AI content filters to prevent inappropriate content, but we cannot guarantee all generated content will be suitable. You are responsible for reviewing your card before sending.

Prohibited content includes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Threats, harassment, or intimidation
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting illegal activities or violence
• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading content
• Copyright or trademark infringement

• All prices are displayed at checkout and include card, printing, and postage ($5 total)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You will receive an order confirmation upon successful payment
• Orders are submitted for printing immediately after payment confirmation
• All prices are in US dollars (USD)

• Physical postcards are printed and mailed via USPS First-Class Mail through our printing partner
• Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days within the United States
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service, weather, or other factors outside our control
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by you
• Standard mail delivery does not include tracking
• International shipping is currently not available

• You can preview your card for free before placing an order
• Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled as they are immediately submitted for printing
• Refunds are only issued for orders that fail to be printed due to our error
• No refunds for: incorrect addresses, postal delays, content policy rejections, or recipient refusal
• For duplicate orders, contact support within 24 hours for potential refund consideration

• AI-generated content: You receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated message and image for personal purposes
• You do not own exclusive rights to AI-generated images; similar images may be generated for other users
• The ithank.us name, logo, and platform design remain our exclusive property
• By placing an order, you grant us a license to process, print, and mail your card content
• You may not resell or commercially distribute AI-generated content from our service

ithank.us integrates with the following third-party services to provide our service:

• OpenAI — AI content and image generation (subject to OpenAI's usage policies)
• Stripe — Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Terms of Service)
• Lob — Printing and mailing services (subject to Lob's Terms of Service)
• Clerk — User authentication (subject to Clerk's Terms of Service)

Your use of these services through ithank.us is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the minimum data necessary to fulfill your orders and provide our service.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• AI may produce unexpected or imperfect results; always preview before confirming
• We are not responsible for how recipients react to or interpret the cards you send

• For any issues, please first contact our support team for informal resolution
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court
• You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted
• The arbitration will be conducted in English and the decision will be final and binding

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Cancel orders that violate our content guidelines without refund
• Remove or disable access to any content at our sole discretion
• Terminate the service entirely with reasonable notice

• Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
